In MediNotes, doctors chart by exception. The text appears in 3 colors: Green is for text that has been changed, Blue indicates normal and will be seen in the note, Red is optional information/exams that will not be included in the note unless specified. In order to complete the note, the doctor must simply doucle click on the text and click right through the note. This note can be altered to flow exactly how the doctor wishes, we have templates made to order for every specialty.
